- Under direct supervision, is involved with production of deliverables, which may include engineering support to DO, design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions.
- Provides limited skills, integrity and knowledge in areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice.
- Originates technical documentation, accepting personal responsibility for its adequacy.
- Aware of all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements.
- Involved with meetings / correspondence with Clients, subcontractors, 3rd parties, etc. in a technical capacity.
- Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role
- Produces work of presentable quality

- Familiar with industry recognised engineering software

- Degree in Mechanical or Naval Engineer
- Can articulate learning and training experiences
- A minimum experience within client interfaces and to be able to elaborate some procedures and revise drawings.
- Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
